My career as an estate agent started in 1996. Because of perseverance and hard work, I was elected "Rookie of the Year" in 1997 while employed by a leading corporate estate agency. I regard knowledge of all aspects of the industry as highly important and qualified as a "Certified Residential Specialist" CRS (South Africa) in 1998 and as a "Certified Residential Specialist" CRS (International) in 2004.
